Greetings to all, I AM Sarek.

I have just joined and wanted to say hello (G'day) to everyone here.

I am originally from Adelaide but have lived in Indiana for the last ten years. I have recently gone through a divorce and I am working towards returning home to my beloved Australia Big Grin

I am a spiritual (not religious ) being who has evolved into a state of being asexual, something I struggled with at first but now embrace and wish to meet others like myself, especially from Australia. I am comfortable within my own skin but was thinking that I would never be in a relationship again. Then I found out about asexuality and found others like me, I feel like I have come home as I look at online communities.

I love music, all music but my favourite period is the 70s. and love long walks and meditations along the beach and out in nature.

I hope to make some new friend's here and I also hope to get back home before the end of 2009.

Hello!

This is the first time I have been part of a forum on anything and I hope I am doing it right and not deleting anyone else's entries or crashing the whole world wide web- I am not the most technologically minded person but this is something I would like to join!

I am from Adelaide and this is the first place outside of chats with my best friend, mum and an ex boyfriend that I have admitted to having absolutely no sexual desire. While all of these people accept me wholly they really have little understanding as they are all sexual beings! I am hoping that I will be able to talk openly and honestly with people in this forum.

I feel very happy and fulfilled in my life but am aware of an unsaid questioning that surrounds me from my other friends and extended family and co-workers and people I first meet and boys who are interested......why doesn't the little bilby have a boyfriend?!

I think this is a great thing that has been set up! Thank you!
